On the 12th April members of Team MAC took part in the “Wolf Run” in Warwickshire. The idea of the event is to run as the wild Wolves do over rough ground, crossing lakes, up and down hills and over obstacles.
The team saw this as a challenge and a great way to raise money for charity. The chosen charity was Leukemia and Lymphoma research, which we have now adopted for the rest of the year.
The race is run over 10k, with the idea being on teamwork to help people get around the course, this is perfect for the MAC philosophy of helping people to achieve their goals, in the same way we help people achieve their black belts. As you can see from the pictures, although they were covered in mud, they all seemed to enjoy themselves
We would like to thank everyone who sponsored us for the event, we have raised over £1100 for a very worthy cause, we hope to do other events through the year, if you want to join us and are up for the challenge then let us know!
