“We teach in schools and deliver our own lifestyles Program called Warrior-Scholar” – this is designed to help kids understand the positive elements martial art can bring to their life, as well as great self-defence skills. Martial art is about achieving your personal potential, whether that’s better exam results or becoming a professional fighter.”
Paul has travelled to the USA to train with the world’s top martial artists but received his BJJ black belt after training with the Professor Estima’s in the UK.
Paul said “A Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt is one of the toughest and most soughtafter black belts there is, especially a Gracie Barra Black belt. It is about the personal achievement, but it is also about martial art as a way of life and a way to build individual spirit and strengthen the team ethos, the family way, martial art is for all!
